Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Provide business partnership for Greater China leadership to support Greater China one pager programs
  • Provide business partnership for manufacturing and engineering leadership in Asia to support mfg cost reduction and gross margin improvement programs
  • Champion Cintl businesses to focus on value drivers - Sales growth, free cash flow and ROIC in the regions
  • Directs and evaluates efforts to strengthen internal controls and optimize business processes by reviewing performance metrics and reports as well as implementing new policies and procedures as needed
  • Oversees Cintl division FP&A (financial Planning & Analysis) activities and directs and plans all aspects of and the preparation of monthly financial forecasts and annual and long-term financial plans
  • Responsible for development and execution of planning and budgeting, as well as of financial and management reporting procedures
  • Oversees the development of performance standards, ensuring metrics are realistic and attainable; drives improvements through change initiatives
  • Directs a team, conducts goal setting and performance appraisal processes to prioritize and align with overall Cintl division and function wide goals and objectives, coach talent, and serves as an organizational resource
  • Be a part of Asia Talent Management team to continue to develop talents in Asia
  • Other Ad hoc financial analysis and strategic works as needed by China or Cintl management teams

Education and Experience Needed:

           

15+ Year progress working experience in financial management in mfg., control and / or treasury.

MBA preferred

CPA preferred
