Purpose of the Position: Interface with customer/distributor, conduct sales order processing and related follow up actions. Handle customer’s complaint. Maintain good relationship with customers and keep sales order records with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction with their products and services within corporate policies, procedures and systems.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

 Sales order execution and follow up.

 Deal with customer inquiries regarding delivery, pricing, product and inventory.

 Coordinate with internal parties to improve on time delivery performance.

 Coordinate with customer, commercial and financial on customer setup, AR collection, credit application, etc.

 Optimize for work flow or process improvement.

 Maintain all kinds of sales reports as per request.

 Support communication and handling of sample request.

 Deal with customer’s complaint.

 Support marketing promotion program if any.

 Other duties assigned by the team. Project involved with:

Education & Experience

 Bachelor degree or above

 Major in Business Administration, Language or others.

 Customer service related experience, high commercial sense. Required Skills

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Good problem-solving skills

 Good teamwork spirit

 Fluent in Chinese and English speaking and writing

 Good personalities: patient and easy-going

 Be willing to work on both project tasks and daily routine issues

 Fluent in English speaking and writing (English CET-6 or above) Soft Skills

 Be good at MS office

 PeopleSoft or other SAP system is a plus
