 - Day to Day Responsibilities 
Outbound Operation 
• Lead outbound team to handle and improve shipping operations for Asia hub and ensure on time delivery to customers in AP, and ensure trade compliance; 
• Optimize ordering and shipping pattern of dealers to level off weekly shipping performance 
• Implement and optimize outbound logistics related procedures and processes; 
• Optimize outbound total lead time to improve forwarder's performance; 
• Develop preventive plan with IT for system/EDI issue to ensure smooth outbound operation; 
• Reduce outbound operation cost, and improve reporting and analysis on goods shipping 
Inbound Operation 
• Lead inbound team to handle and improve all goods receiving operations, and ensure trade compliance; 
• Responsible for new item registration and maintain data base for registered items to ensure compliance of Asia Hub upon custom regulations in bonded zone; 
• Implement actions to improve ship to promise performance continuously; 
• Optimize inbound total lead time to improve forwarder's performance; 
• Reduce inbound operation cost, and improve reporting and analysis on goods receiving 
Inventory Control 
• Lead the implementation of Asia hub inventory management, and responsible for inventory scrap, return, and repacking, etc. 
• Collaborate with 3PL to ensure inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting audit 
• Update inventory performance in time, and develop initiatives to reduce inventory write-off 
Complaints Management 
• Take lead to communicate with commercial and dealers to reduce complaints with resolutions; 
• Collaborate with 3PL and implement complaint investigation handling process for on time complaint closure; 
• Lead team to implement action plan to achieve value added service Supplier Management 
• Drive suppliers to improve performance and meet service targets for inbound and outbound operation 
• Collaborate with 3PL to develop and implement continuous improvement projects 
• Implement and maintain detailed work quality manual with 3PL 
• Initiate annual bidding project with GSM and achieve optimized cost saving 
• Update and implement SOP with forwarders to ensure service level 
• Review and improve forwarder performance People Management 
• Organize team building activities to improve morale and satisfaction of team members 
• Develop teamwork with cross function department to fulfill business requirements EHS

- Required Skills 
• Bachelor degree or above, supply chain, logistics or international trade major preferred (Must) 
• Minimum 5 - 8 years' experience in multinational corporation (Must) 
• PS Oracle system operation experience (Plus) 
• Bonded zone handling experience (Plus) 
• Intra-Asia shipping experience (Plus) 
• 3PL/Warehouse management experience (Must) 
• Continuous improvement project experience (Must) 
• Knowledge of Import & Export 
• Experience and knowledge of supply chain systems such as warehousing, distribution and inventory management 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English 
• Proficient PC skills, especially on Excel and other office software
