Purpose of the Position


  • Encompasses construction, space utilization, scheduling of preventative maintenance, repair, and compliance with safety policies and regulations for buildings and grounds.
  • Involves determination of manufacturability of products and improved effectiveness and cost of production processes through determinations regarding: Methods, equipment, layout, workflow, time standards, capacity utilization, process/equipment improvements, and process control systems.
  • May involve application of knowledge and methods for understanding physical phenomena to achieve specified characteristics and criteria for products and processes. Involves organizational health and safety management systems, procedures, and programs.


Day to Day Responsibilities


•Track facilities performance, especially energy, reliability, efficiency related performance Solve facilities problems, especially power/control system related problems

•Lead equipment improvement, improve system safety, economy and reliability

•Lead CR projects, seek for CR opportunity by optimizing maintenance strategy, developing in-house maintenance ability and other means

•Plan the layouts for office and production equipment for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.

•Develop KPIs for facilities and equipment to meet the operating needs, building and safety codes.

•Support emergency maintenance


 Education and Experience


  • Bachelor degree and/or above
  • Major in electrical engineering, automation and related
  • +5 years related working experience


Required Skills


  • Solid knowledge and rich experience on power supply and distribution system.
  • Good control system skills, basic control system development and maintenance ability
  • Familiar with facilities system especially the HVAC, compressed air, environmental protection and firefighting system.
  • Good experience in facilities/equipment maintenance and management
  • Good project management experience with PEX methodology.
  • Good teamwork and coordination skills •Good written and oral English skills
