The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success.  It delivers the training, tools and opportunities needed to create innovative solutions for the function & the corporation.  GSM has leading edge, effective processes to anticipate and exceed customer requirements.

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

• 100% dedicated in SEC projects on site (Suzhou)
• Understand customer requirements from different teams (R&D, ENG, MFG, Procurement, etc) and take actions to provide answers/solutions to meet customer expectations (time, solution quality, data accuracy, etc).
• Provide RTF simulation back to account team
• Provide daily production plan vs. actual result and articulate issues.  Work with other operation teams to provide solution and target resolve time
• Review daily production plan/scheduling with CM to ensure on time delivery
• Review raw material preparation base on RTF with CM (including glass, ink, jig, critical things related to SEC project production)
• Review shipping schedule and arrangement with CM
• Manage CM relationship to get sufficient support
• Work with on site PM closely to answer any supply chain related questions

Requirements: Education & Experience

Required:

• University graduate, major in engineering, business or supply chain.
• At least 5-8 years experience in Supply Chain operation
• Experience in working with vendor onsite for contract manufacturing operation and management
• Experience working at MNC or global consumer electronics company is greatly preferred
• Global work experience, working across regions and cultures
• Experience in display/touch panel manufacturing/cover glass/mechanics is preferred.

Desired:

• Certified PM. Project Management skills demonstrated with ability to define object
• Experience across multiple plants or multiple functions.
• Experience with Quality and Supply Chain management

Requirements: Required Skills                                                

• Korean/Chinese native speaker
• Experience and knowledge of manufacturing and sourcing
• Ability to understand and analyze data, recognize root causes and provide recommendations
• Excellent documentation and writing skills to complete report and tracking lists
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Effective communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Must have a customer-focused mindset
