Warehouse and External Warehouse Supervisor

Day to Day Responsibility

• Develop warehouse objectives and strategy to support department goals.
• Control and monitor warehouse spending & headcount.
• Support production flawlessly.
• Manage daily warehousing operation such as materials receiving, issuing, products packing & shipping in compliance with procedure. Continue to improve the efficiency and inventory accuracy.
• Optimization space utilization and operation process.
• Manage warehouse to meet all systems’ requirement (ISO, EHS etc. )
• Focus on continuous improvement by leveraging ERP and WMS tools
• Develop a capable team to support business grows 
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Education & Experience

• Bachelor or above, with major in Automation, electrical and Computer.
• At least 5 years experiences in production
• At least 2 years management experience

Required Skills. Competencies, or Certification

• Required by Legal or QEHS:

  • Well understand and master the major environmental and safety factors involved in the department
  • Know EHS relevant law and regulations
  • Setup and manage function EHS objectives
  • Obey all company EHS rules (Include: Policy, Procedure, SOP and other requirements).
