Purpose of the Position: To maintain and increase our sales revenue via full sheet business win with Finisher customers based in China. Day to Day Responsibilities:  To manage the business sales of Gorilla Glass to meet annual sales budget  Develop, maintain and improve multi-level and multi-function customer relations and execute overall division and commercial strategies  Secure our business with Finishers through various tools  Work closely with OEM/ODM/PM sales team to win glass and parts business;  Working with cross function team (Application Engineer, Customer service, Quality, operation, supply chain and Production Line) to address the quality, technical and supply issues  To collect monthly forecast from Finishers and reconcile the numbers with OEM/PM AMs to ensure optimized supply;  Collect and report market information including competitive intelligence. Project involved with:  New Projects/product deployment at Finishers Reporting Structure:  Immediate Supervisor: Hu Da, Finisher Sales Director, Gorilla Glass Direct reports: NA Education & Experience  Bachelor degree with Science or Engineering;  5+ years working experience with 3+ years in electronics industry such as LCD/Touch Panel/Cover Glass/Mobile Phone business Required Skills • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English • Good sales experience with tracking record • Problem solving skill and analytical skills • Negotiation skills Desired Skills Dare to take challenges and manage complexities; Strong ownership; Job Selling Points Has the potential to lead the sales team for value chain customers Career Development Opportunities • Senior Commercial Manager/Director at next level Travel Requirements: (National/International; 0-100%) Yes, Max 40%
