Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Understand technical requirements and get testing plan executed
  • Analyze technical data and prepare technical materials for both internal and external communication
  • Support technical needs in the field 
  • Work closely with Commercial Technology, account teams and other technical teams to achieve more product adoption. 
  • Provide metrology measurement to characterize ion-exchange stress attributes

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: 3 - 10 years of work experience after completion of B.S. or M.S.  --- preferably in Engineering Mechanics, Materials Science or Mechanical Engineering
  • Travel Requirements: up to 25%, mainly in China region
  • Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time: 40 hours/ week, 9AM-6PM, Flex-time is supported
  • Ability to understand and operate advanced ion-exchange metrology devices
  • Deep understanding of optics, polarization, waveguide and laser scattering theory
  • Familiarity with reliability engineering, statistical analyses and materials damage mechanisms
  • Ability to independently analyze test results and communicate effectively
