CM Finance Analyst

Day to Day Responsibilities

•    Develop and maintain cost modelling for overall GGS product lines.
•    Conduct detail cost analysis to support strategic cost setting and provide financial expertise in cost modeling, particularly in collaboration with PLM and GSM for TCO calculation. 
•    Support monthly actual cost analysis, control forecast, BB and GB.
•    Provide business case (free cash flow) analysis to support capital investment project.
•    Support cost reduction / production improvement activities.
•    Be able to manage multiple projects/programs independently, including co-work with cross-function business teams (commercial, operation, GSM, engieering, etc.).
•    Support finance closing as requested.
•    Ensure compliance to SOX requirement and policies.
•    Ad-hoc financial analysis support for business decisions. 

Education & Experience

•    Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, CPA & MBA preferred.
•    5+ years’ experience of Big 4 or manufacturing cost management is preferred.

Required Skills

•    Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes. 
•    Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details, result-oriented.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) with expertise in financial modeling.
•    Strong cost control sense, proactive and good interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
•    Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
•    Familiar with AI/Digitalization tools.
