FP&A controller

Purpose of the Position

Lead financial forecast process for GGS and GG China and ensure internal control compliance with SOX requirements.

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Lead monthly GGS P&L Forecast, provide analysis with key drivers and insights.
• Provide monthly forecast for GG China, support CI Qtrly cash flow forecast and Qtrly sales forecast review.
• Lead budget and 5 years plan for GGS
• Provide business case analysis to PLM with financial payback, ROIC etc.
• Lead monthly ODAR review, legacy rebate gap follow-up, provide bad debt reserve.
• Manage GFO spending for GGS and GG operations.
• Support finance closing (sales reconciliation, rebate accrual etc.) and track actual P&L results
• Update GGS monthly period report.
• Track sales reporting with AOW report.
• Strong internal control (SOX) sense and ensure compliance with SOX requirements and Corp policies.
• Other tasks assigned.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or above major in accounting/finance, CPA & MBA preferred.
• 8+ years’ experience of Big 4 plus manufacturing cost management is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to details, result oriented.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) with expertise in financial modeling.
• Good communication skills to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Familiar with AI/Digitalization tools.
