Position Description Purpose of the Position:

1) Developing and executing the overall strategic plan to achieve sales targets for Gorilla Glass business in HW & Honour account.

2) Responsible for maintaining relationship with HW /Honour customers for the Gorilla Glass business. This individual will work closely with all business segments in Gorilla Glass and will have very close engagement with senior MCE/Gorilla Glass leaders. 3) Strong technical and leadership skills to drive independent account ownership.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

Build strong relationship with HW/Honor customers at all levels. Work with internal stakeholders to develop HW/Honor business strategy and execute overall strategy locally. 

Lead team to work closely with ODM/TPM/PM sales team and Finisher sales team to identify bidding opportunity, reconcile project information and execute coordinated actions to win business. 

Work with cross function teams (Application Engineer, Quality, operation, supply chain and Production Line) to address the quality, technical and supply issues. 

Work with Parts leadership team to develop and execute appropriate strategies to grow parts business in HH and IT spaces.

Project involved with:  New Projects/product deployment in Brands 

 

Education & Experience

• 4-year undergraduate degree required, Master degree prefer

• 15+ years work experience in leading technology company, multinational company preferred Required Skills

• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English • Good supervisory skills

• Strategy thinking and hands-on working style • Good sales experience with tracking record.

• Strong people skills to lead customer relationship establishment. • Strong analytical abilities with able to turn quantitative analysis into significant business insight

• Skills to articulate issue precisely and make business proposal effectively in front of senior executives.

• Poise and confidence in an external situation. Ability to think extemporaneously in a stressful situation.
