Responsibility
- Establish and execute new business development strategy to deliver growth.
- Define and execute the GG Parts product line strategies and product roadmap.
- Develop 5-year P&L strategy that aligns with division level growth objectives
- Work with regional sales manager to develop sales plan and identify key parts opportunities.
- Interact with cross-functional teams to assure that customers’ needs are understood and met.
- Work with manufacturing to address customer’s issues in price, spec, and delivery.
- Responsible for providing input to forecasting and working with supply chain to control costs.
- Understand drivers of P&L and identify plans to achieve the goals.
- Research and periodically present market intelligence reports to include competitive intelligence and market trends.
- Work with PE and development on new product road maps to meet growing market trends.
Education & Experiences
- Business degree, MBA
- 5+ years’ work experience in a P&L management, strategy function, or new business development
- Relevant experience in the Glass parts industry is a plus
- Experience with marketing sales pitches, prospecting new business, and developing/generating new business leads.
- Previous experience with process development
- Experience with engaging key OEM value chain elements a plus
