Position Description Purpose of the Position:

As the IT Operation Leader, the individual will be responsible for IT daily operation stability, including end user experience, infrastructure performance, and system availability. He/she needs to regularly engage business stakeholders to understand business requests and collaboratively work with IT peers to provide professional recommendations and solutions.

Make sure the deliverables and issues are handled accordantly to their priority, and drive continue improvement for internal process and streamline the business functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with business stakeholders for demand shaping that meets business objective while adhering to global standards and practices, factor in operational simplicity, resiliency, and efficiency into recommendations.

 Engage right stakeholders for discussion and able to deliver clear concise information during communication.

 Able to hands-on in producing tangible deliverables if needed (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans)

 Engage business users for IT system changes that impacts individuals.  Able to turn IT escalation into action, from understanding to resolve the issue.

 Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts.

 Follow the corporate guidance to maintain the healthy environment for our system servers in business environment as well as corporate environment. Preferred Experience

 Bachelor’s degree required - Computer Science, MIS

 5+ years’ experience working on commercial, supply chain, contract manufacturing and related platforms

 Cloud base system solution experience

 Finance or digital knowledge will be a plus

 Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration Required Skills

 Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

 Fluent English communication (oral /written)

 Ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment and manage priorities judiciously

 Strong commitment to customer service and employee efficiency

 Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities
