Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

- Manages Enterprise Networks business in south of China, to identify business opportunities, drive sales growth, meet customer needs and promote Corning brand in targeted DC, LAN and vertical markets in the West of China sales region. - Identifies new business opportunities in south of China to gain a more favourable position in the market, improve profitability, or increase market share. - Works with Channel department to define, develop regional channels (distributors, VAR and SI )as input into the sales strategy. - Coordinates with the cross-function teams including Application Engineering, Marketing, Business Operations, Channel, Customer Services, PLM and Manufacturing to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction. - As a Huawei accout manager. Develop, maintain strategic customer accounts, to support and pursue opportunities in regional markets. - Identifies, collects, and disseminates sales best practices, customer requirements, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of business. - Provide support on market promotion programs to partners in West of China region. - Take sale lead for global key account management to drive global account sales in mainland China market. Manage executive level relationship with the customers and partners, coordinates and executes the global key account sales strategy and plans in mainland China market.
