Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Handle customer technical issues and build up working relationship at all levels,
- Coordinates with sales team to ensure seamless support and service to the customer
- Deliver solutions to resolve technical issues and escalate to appropriate level if necessary
- Negotiate and close technical specifications with customers
- Manage Cover Glass parts, glass finishing business and process
- Provide technical training to finishers and other customers if necessary
- Develops knowledge of material, process and/or equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering
- Problem solving and process improvement using structured problem solving methods
- Provides disciplined project leadership across multiple stages of innovation for new product, process, cost reduction and capacity improvement initiatives
- Manage project resources to achieve project deliverables and timeline
- Provide IOX and metrology support
Education & Experience
- Bachelor or master degree with Material Engineering, Physics, Chemistry. Master is better.
- 5 years working experience in Mobile Phone business, glass finishing industry, cover glass cutting/polishing/coating, LCD, Touch Panel, semiconductor business, global company,
- CET >=4.
