Purpose of the Position:                            

Creation of monthly business production plan and associated reports for leadership communication. Conduct related analysis to optimize and improve the efficiency of the manufacturing plan. Provide critical information to the business to align cross-functional teams.

Day to Day Responsibilities: 

• Understand the short-term and long-term objectives of Gorilla business

• Develop, implement, and monitor 18-month capacity plans to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with 20-week tactical planning team to align the assumptions and production plans for the first three months

• Oversee the allocation and utilization of tank capabilities to ensure tank plan’s efficiency, and track tank performance regularly

• Identify potential operational risks and formulate contingency plans to mitigate them

• Complete updates and verify settings in the planning system to ensure data accuracy

• Detect potential risks or bottlenecks in the planning system and work with support team to mitigate them before they further impact tank plan modeling
• Work closely with Finance to understand cost drivers and tank planning implications to overall AMC and make recommendations in accordance with lowest operational cost.

• Create reports, prepare SIOP presentations, and maintain data integrity
• Provide tank plans to plants for their operation and support Finance for their monthly closing
• Develop expertise and the ability to execute supply and capacity plans in Division’s planning tool, Arkieva for long-range capacity planning
• Develop and drive the execution of Arkieva enhancement portfolio, including long-range planner (LRP) module

Support Gorilla and planning process improvement projects as needed
• Complete data analysis projects as required.

Requirements: 

• Required: Bachelor of Science: Business, Technical or Supply Chain
• 4+ years Supply Chain, Production Planning, Procurement and/or Logistics experience
• Experience working at MNC or global consumer electronics company is greatly preferred
• Global work experience or working across regions and cultures is preferred
