Purpose of the position
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our procurement team. This role is responsible for managing procurement activities including pricing execution, contract management and driving cost optimization initiatives across multiple categories to comply with company buying policy. Meanwhile, the ideal candidate needs to have strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of global procurement practices.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

- Track and monitor key procurement metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, dashboards, and analyses to senior management to support data-driven decision-making. Manage supplier information, including vendor codes, payment terms, and key supplier data.
- Manage the procurement process for assigned CMs, including pricing execution, purchase order (PO) processing, closing pricing confirmation, and payment coordination.
- Conduct detailed reviews of GGS OPOs (Open Purchase Orders) for CMs, services, and capital expenditures to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Verify CM parts pricing as part of the CM closing report and ensure cost efficiency and adherence to agreed pricing terms.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to meet procurement objectives and optimize spending.
- Maintain, update, and manage GGS CM-related data and documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for cross-functional teams.
- Support global supply management activities related to GGS CMs, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with procurement strategies.
- Manage contract extensions, ensuring all terms and conditions align with negotiated agreements and company standards.
- Support digitalization initiatives within the procurement function to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance overall procurement operations.
- Support the execution of sourcing strategies and ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, operations management, project management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement with proven ability to manage supply chain and operation processes effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems
Required Skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical and project management skills, Solid knowledge of procurement management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, details oriented.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external CMs.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- In-depth understanding of GGS business operations, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred.
- Cross-culture working experience.
