The Admin Executive provides secretarial and administrative support to the Regional Supply Management Operations Director, APAC. The incumbent shall also provide administrative support to the Global Supply Management team in Singapore.




  • Provide secretarial services to Regional Supply Management Operations Director, APAC. This includes updating of calendar, scheduling appointment, receiving visitors, screening calls and mails, arranging travel, filing expense reports, answering routine and often complex inquiries.
  • Assist Regional Supply Management Operation Director to prepare the GSM Asia operation review meetings twice a year and GSM global extended leadership meeting when it happens in Singapore
  • Provide administrative support to the GSM team in Singapore including office day to day administration, filing and purchase of stationery items.
  • Ensure that all correspondence and reports are processed in a timely manner.
  • Handles details of a highly critical and confidential nature.
  • Ensures proper filing and record keeping by accurately filing the information in a timely manner consistent with office guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal events and support administration as a team member.
  • To ensure that all invoices are obtained with proper approval before submitting for payments (raise PO/PR).
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned by line manager.




  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar field
  • Able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint




  • Matured and able to take high levels of stress
  • Good organizing skills




  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level/Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent preferred
