Position Summary:

The Marketing and Marcoms Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our marketing strategies and business growth initiatives in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market analysis, identifying key market trends, and driving marcoms that support the BD team in achieving their goals.



  • Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in SEA.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights to identify business opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and marketing communications to execute marketing initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and competitive activities to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Drive brand awareness and market penetration through targeted marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing performance and market insights.



  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in market analysis, B2B marketing, and brand management, preferably in the SEA market.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in market research tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands on experience with web content management tools and online marketing campaigns.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more SE Asian languages preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the SEA region as needed.
