EMEA Quality Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• collaborating with different teams to maintain, develop and improve quality management system at the regional level
• analyzing and reporting of quality indicators
• supporting individual locations in understanding and application of quality tools
• managing projects aimed at optimizing processes (both production and business)
• promoting quality culture by defining and managing various quality initiatives
• conducting quality trainings

REQUIREMENTS:

• higher education, preferably technical
• good command of English, both spoken and written
• knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001:2015 standard
• practical knowledge of common quality tools
• excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate and interact across all levels
• analytical skills, ability to draw conclusions and make data-based decisions
• proficiency in MS Office – Excel & Power Point
• experience in managing projects and/or large-scale events - would be appreciated
• independent, self-disciplined, and well-organized
