Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Jakie będą Twoje zadania:

 

  • Industrializacja nowych produktów i procesów 
  • Współpraca z działem badań i rozwoju w celu optymalizacji produktu
  • Identyfikacja oraz wykorzystywanie możliwości redukcji kosztów produkcji poprzez zmiany materiałów i konstrukcji w celu optymalnego wykorzystania dostępnych technologii
  • Analiza wyników produkcji pod kątem stabilności procesu oraz jego wpływu na powstawanie wyrobów niezgodnych
  • Optymalizacja parametrów procesu produkcyjnego pod kątem: jakości produktu, wydajności procesu i obniżania kosztów wytwarzania
  • Tworzenie dokumentacji procesowej dla nowych wdrożeń
  • Kontakt z podwykonawcami i dostawcami materiałów produkcyjnych 

Nasze Oczekiwania:

 

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne (preferowane wydziały: mechaniczny, elektryczny, inżynieria materiałowa, inżynieria procesowa)
  • Min. 3-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe na stanowisku inżyniera w firmie produkcyjnej
  • Znajomość technik industrializacji produktów i procesów produkcyjnych
  • Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu projektów i zarządzaniu zmianami technologicznymi
  • Znajomość metod analizy i optymalizacji procesów produkcyjnych
  • Doświadczenie w procesach automatycznego montażu
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie
  • Znajomość AutoCad/Creo/Solidworks lub/i Minitab/JMP będzie dodatkowym atutem
