Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

JAKIE BĘDĄ TWOJE ZADANIA:

  • Współtworzenie i wdrażanie strategii jakościowej oraz koordynowanie działań jakościowych
  • Aktywne kierowanie pracą działu jakości (zespół inżynierów oraz kontrolerów jakości)
  • Koordynowanie działań i współpraca z innymi działami w zakresie podnoszenia jakości procesów i produktów
  • Inicjowanie i prowadzenie działań optymalizujących koszty jakości
  • Utrzymanie oraz rozwój Systemu Zarządzania Jakością
  • Inicjowanie i koordynowanie akcji korygujących/zapobiegawczych
  • Aktywne szerzenie i rozwijanie kultury jakości w organizacji
  • Czynny udział w audytach procesu i systemu oraz audytach klientów
  • Optymalizacja i wdrażanie procesów związanych z zapewnieniem jakości produktów
  • Cykliczne raportowanie wyników

NASZE OCZEKIWANIA:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne
  • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi i technik jakościowych oraz systemu zarzadzania jakości ISO 9001
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego
  • Rozwinięte zdolności przywódcze i nastawienie na ciągłe doskonalenie
  • Współpracujący styl pracy oraz łatwość w budowaniu relacji
  • Twórcze i innowacyjne podejścia do rozwiązywania problemów
  • Samodzielność w działaniu oraz umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
  • Umiejętność budowania partnerskich relacji z klientami, dostawcami i jednostkami zewnętrznymi poprzez efektywną komunikację
  • Doświadczenie w analizie danych oraz monitorowaniu wskaźników KPI
  • Znajomość zasad prowadzenia i udziału w audytach wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych

  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu pracownikami
  • Min. 2 letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku, najlepiej w obszarze zarządzania jakości
