Process Automation Technology Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead Automation team in Process Development EMEA Technology in order to deliver automation work as a part of global or local programs and projects.
• Networking and collaborating with global automation team to deliver common goals and leverage global structure.
• Develop local team to expand its capabilities and area of reach to fit company’s global needs.
• Understand, co-create and execute global strategy in the area of cable assembly process automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical Bachelor or Master’s  degree in technical filed (Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
• 5+ years experience in Product / Process Development. Preferred background in automation (software / hardware integration, systems engineering)
• Strong leadership, ownership, networking and organizational skills
• Ability to create and execute plans and strategies as well as report to management on technical and business levels
• Very good communication / presentation skills
• Fluent English language (both written and spoken)
