Service Desk Agent

 

 

This role will provide technical assistance and support for incoming requests and problems related to computer systems, software, hardware, services and mobile devices via a contact center.
Follows defined procedures. Proposes and implements solutions to routine problems with direction from supervisor. Refers atypical problems to others.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Active Directory Administration
  • Actively maintain assigned tickets according to processes and using Service tracking ticketing system
  • Follows all company policies and documented processes
  • Project interaction/participation
  • Other Operational work as required

 

REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
  • One year experience in Helpdesk or Service Desk environment will be an advantage
  • Customer service experience will be an advantage
  • Advanced Level of German Language
  • Advanced Level of English Language
  • Application knowledge in the areas of Microsoft Office suites – Troubleshooting and Installing
  • Operating Systems knowledge – Windows family – Troubleshooting and Installing
  • General hardware and software knowledge in the areas of Personal Computers
