Technology Project Leader

SCOPE OF POSITION:

Plan and drive execution to deliver complex innovation projects on time, in-scope, and on budget
Lead project Core Team and drive decision making and documentation
Drive project communication including within team, to stakeholders, and to leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Owns and controls project Scope, Schedule, Budget and Quality
Understands customer needs and drives alignment and collaboration across all functions
Oversees product and process technical design and identifies mismatches to customer or market needs
Understands manufacturing principles and aligns solution to enable long-term profitability
Seeks resources (people, machines, materials) proactively in order to meet milestones and holds resources accountable for delivery
Resolves conflict within the project through leadership & negotiates resolution to external conflict
Communicates the project status internally and externally to the organization, stakeholders, and customers in both formal and informal settings

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical Bachelor Degree in: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar (MSc preferred)
Skills:
- Strong Team Leadership - Collaborates for the optimal business outcome
- Stakeholder Partnership - Communicates effectively in English with Global Project Teams, Steering Teams and Stakeholders

- Judgement - Obtains timely input before making decisions
- Ownership and Commitment - Passionate to succeed
- Learning Agility - Demonstrates a positive, proactive attitude toward change
3+ years in Product Development preferred
Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Windchill
Project Management Professional certification (preferred)
