AI & LLM Engineer

Job Summary

Join the Digital Transformation Team to build enterprise-grade AI capabilities that power intelligent applications across manufacturing. You will design, implement and continuously improve LLM-based applications, AI Agents, RAG pipelines and production AI services while working closely with AI Solution Architects and manufacturing domain experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop production-grade AI Agents and LLM applications.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and enterprise knowledge bases.
• Develop Text-to-SQL and AI workflow capabilities.
• Implement structured outputs, guardrails and evaluation pipelines.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and databases.
• Collaborate with AI Solution Architects to implement solution designs.
• Continuously improve AI quality, latency and reliability.

Requied Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of software or AI engineering experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application development.
• Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
• Good communication and teamwork.
