Role Purpose

Be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Display manufacturing and engineering knowledge development initiatives. The ideal candidate will work to ensure our teams are equipped with the essential knowledge and skills required to optimize our manufacturing processes, thereby contributing significantly to our company's growth and success.    

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement knowledge development programs aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Manage the administration of these programs, including budgeting, reporting, and staff coordination.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of program with organizational needs.

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage
  • A minimum of three years' experience in program management, preferably in the manufacturing sector
  • Proven experience in knowledge or learning & development initiative.
