Senior Electrical Power Engineer

Role Purpose

Lead and drive the development and deployment of solutions grounded in engineering methodologies and data analytics, including predictive maintenance and energy management and efficiency initiatives. This role bridges power engineering, maintenance, and energy saving to deliver measurable outcomes: reduced outage and incident risk, lower energy cost and improved asset health.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Energy Conservation Initiatives: Lead energy management and efficiency improvement projects to deliver tangible sustainability outcomes and cost reductions.
• Manage Aging Asset Risks: Conduct comprehensive reliability and risk analyses for critical electrical assets and power distribution systems, with a strong focus on identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks associated with equipment aging and degradation.
• Deploy Predictive Maintenance Solutions: Develop and implement advanced predictive maintenance and early-warning methodologies, leveraging operational data and condition-monitoring technologies to extend asset life, prevent failures, and optimize maintenance strategies.

Experiences/Education - Required

• BS Degree and above in electrical engineering
• 10+ years working experience in industrial/commercial power systems (MV/LV distribution), critical power infrastructure, or electrical asset reliability/maintenance.
• Working experience with electrical testing/diagnostics and operational data sources (e.g., PI/SCADA/BMS/EMS/historian, relay/event logs, power quality monitoring, CMMS).
• Proven delivery experience in reliability, predictive maintenance, or energy-saving projects, with measurable results and strong vendor and cross-functional coordination.

• 具備電氣測試/診斷經驗，並熟悉運行資料來源（如PI/SCADA/BMS/EMS/歷史資料庫、繼電保護/事件日誌、電能品質監測、CMMS）。
• 具備可靠性、預測性維護或節能專案交付經驗，成果可量化，並具備較強的供應商管理與跨部門協同能力。

• Strong knowledge of industrial MV/LV power distribution, protection, grounding, and power quality
• Experience with critical electrical assets (transformers, switchgear, UPS, generators) and O&M practices
• Data & digital: PI/SCADA/BMS/EMS/historian, CMMS
• Presentation skills, Proposal writing and verbal communication in English
• 扎實的工業中低壓配電、繼電保護、接地與電能品質知識
• 具備關鍵電力設備（變壓器、開關櫃、UPS、發電機）及其運維實踐經驗
• 資料與數位化能力：熟悉PI/SCADA/BMS/EMS/歷史資料庫及CMMS系統
• 具備演示彙報能力、方案/提案撰寫能力，以及良好的英文口頭溝通能力

Experiences/Education - Desired

• Fundamental understanding of digital solution development and software product dev. management
• Project management and stakeholder management; able to work with O&M, EHS, and IT/OT
• Data & digital: SCADA/BMS/EMS/historian, CMMS/EAM; Python/SQL and dashboarding (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
