Role Purpose:

• Lead the COE SAP business process team to design, define and optimize business processes across CDT and leverage SAP best practices and solutions for RTR, PTP, SCM/Mfg, OTC and LES process areas.

• Lead and coordinate cross functionally to define long term CDT process strategy and roadmap for implementation and roll-out.

• Work closely with COE Change Management team, Master Data Management team, and the Reporting & Analytics team to align and streamline all CDT SAP processes implementations.

• Lead the business power user group to review operational issues, enhancement requirements and project initiatives in each stream and deliver.

• Coordinating Cross department initiatives and strategy interdependencies within the CDT supply chain department – supply planning, global supply management, logistics, finance, commercial, manufacturing and QA

• Develop and lead the business systems portfolio process

• Work closely with CDT and Corporate IT groups to align on enterprise wide standards

• Project management leadership Key Responsibilities:

• Lead for SAP processes define and deployment for CDT SAP implementation and rollout projects.

• Build up CDT SAP process governance model and manage power user networks from each function area.

• Lead assessment project for SAP / non-SAP solutions to support business initiatives such as factory planning, central planning, etc.

• Lead end-to-end processes integration across all CDT functional teams.

• Evaluate advanced systems and driving organization digitalization transformation

• Define, track and improve key performance metrics related to CDT operation.

• Provide functional integration point with IT for projects and roadmaps

• Develop the team to strengthen functional and system expertise and depth of knowledge Performance Metrics:

Experiences/Education: Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (technical, business or supply chain).

• 10+ years end-to-end process & system experience including some as a manager spanning any and all aspects of a large manufacturing company

• Global work experience, working across regions and cultures.

• Experience leading global teams, including matrix assignments

• Hands-on SAP experience Desired

• Master’s in Business or Supply Chain Management / Computer Science.

• SAP Professional Certifications

• LEAN or Six Sigma Certification or equivalent experience

• Supply Chain certifications

• Experience across multiple businesses, division and/or technologies.
