Role Purpose: • Led the SAP training and testing functions for changes in SAP across the business. o Support SAP project teams o Provide on-going governance and management during changes in business processes, new users or new skills required, or system updates. • Work closely with the COE leader to develop and execute communication materials related to value proposition, changes, support required, general SAP related information. • Coordinate cross department change management initiatives and interdependencies between CDT departments: SCM, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing and QA as well as CSS and GSM Corporate. • Leverage Corning corporate capabilities, regional presence, initiatives and expertise to enhance CDT Change management execution. • Introduce and drive innovative thinking and support SAP COE change management strategy and roadmap Key Responsibilities: • Lead the Change Management team • Develop and maintain testing plans, scenarios, and scripts for unit testing, system testing, end to end testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing. • Work closely with IT to execute testing plans including meeting logistics and participant scheduling • Develop training content and plans for training for COE members, trainers, power users, new users, and end users. • Lead the execution of training across the division. • Link closely with Corp. resources in the areas of training and testing to align on policy, leverage resources, and share best practices. • Provide project management and team leadership for key initiatives in related areas of change management. • Participate on SAP project teams and lead testing and training efforts • Develop ‘push’ and ‘pull’ communications approaches: User groups, newsletters, intranet sites, training documentation, meeting materials • Develop change management strategic plans to drive improvements within opportunity areas in the end-to-end process • Evaluate advanced tools/systems and driving organization digitalization transformation • Define, track and improve key performance metrics related to change management.
