Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Partner with CDT BUHR and COE to initiate and manage HR project/program across region

• Lead key CDT talent projects to support CDT talent management to meet business talent objective

• Support CDT HR related report consolidation, data collection, and analysis as needed

• Provide and maintain HR dashboard on monthly basis

• Coordinate with regional/function HR to support HR operations (PD&R, climate survey, ASR, talent planning etc.)

• Collaborate closely with HR team to ensure standardization across regions and divisions and ensure that the type and level of services fully support business


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Industrial & Labor Relations or related area and/or HR certifications. Master’s degree is preferable.
  • At least 5-8 years of HR experience in one of the HR functions including HR generalist, talent acquisition, talent development or talent management, preferably with supervisory responsibilities
  • Successful track record in the deployment of HR processes or programs
  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capability
  • Good project management and facilitation skill
  • Good analytic skills
  • Proficient in verbal and written English language skills
  • Proactive, results oriented
