Role Purpose
- Support Hyper Scale Data Center Business Development by developing a deep understanding of customer needs/problems and assisting sales in positioning/selling the value of Corning HSDC Solutions.
- Support the sales process from beginning of sale to customer implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer visiting and project supporting from technical consultant side, including support sales force by presentation material, tendering proposal, technical information, technical communication, and product specifications.
- Service/Quality, including regular training for partners and technical communication with users, consultants.
- System solution proposals / optimizing, join Marketing / Marcom Plan for technical introduction, articles, presentations as well as marketing event, advertising, articles.
- Research and study competitive environment, new business opportunities to develop and implement optimal Corning China HSDC solutions to meet specific market needs.
- Understanding customers’ short term and long-term requirements and then collaborates with Product Line Management, engineering and other functions to negotiate favorable agreements with customers.
- Collects market, customer, and competitor intelligence and insights and shares this knowledge with others, as appropriate, to inform sales, marketing, and technical strategies as well as the demand forecast and sales planning processes.
Experiences/Education - Required
- Undergraduate degree with major in engineering, electronics, computing etc.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the similar field in multinational company.
