Purpose of the Position:

This position will be the planner/analyst to support Display Master Planning group.

Major Responsibilities:

Define 18-month supply strategies well linked to business strategies.

Analyze manufacturing assumptions, capacity planning, sourcing plan…etc. for delivering monthly supply plan (18-month) in a timely and accurate manner.

Optimize resources and production with the lowest cost across regions includes CPM.

Collaborate with regions, commercial, manufacturing, engineering and finance to meet functional needs and business objectives.

Create ad hoc capacity plans and related analysis to support business needs, identifying possible opportunities and proposing solutions.

Own executive sales and operations planning (ES&OP), focus on supply strategies, supply gaps, solutions and risk management.

Manage new product introduction (NPI) and End of product Life (EOL) planning.


Day to Day Responsibilities:

18 month melting capacity planning o Support monthly 18 month planning activities o Tank downtime management (CDT/CPM/HPD) o Review manufacturing assumption and highlight key changes cycle over cycle o Coordinate with engineering on tank rebuild activities

Align with regional and Tactical teams on tank schedule

Coordinate FS offload plan across regions

Coordinate FS qualification activities

Support ES&OP activities

Other assigned projects Project involved with: • Commercial • Engineering • Manufacturing • Finance Qualifications:


Basic requirement:

Have been in their current position at least 2 year.

Have no current Performance Improvement notifications.

Have received at least a Fully Meet Expectation rating on the last performance appraisal.


Required Skills:

5+ years in supply chain, global capacity planning, engineering, manufacturing is preferred

Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills (written and oral)  Strong analytical capabilities

Experience working across cultures

Strategic mindset, considers long term advantage and sustainable decisions


Desired Skills:

APICS, CPIM and CSCP are plus.

Financial analysis experiences is a plus

TOEIC scores over 650 is a plus Education

Bachelor degree and above

Major in supply chain, industrial engineering, finance, engineering are preferred
