Role Purpose
- This role is to drive sales growth of ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) with both global and local team via Go wide and Go deep strategy
- Build new trust-based partnership with ODMs especially in Taiwan. Develop direct connections and relationships with ODM executive level leaderships (i.e. Quanta, Foxconn, Wiwynn/Wistron, etc.)
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for the ODM segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers, markets, and product applications.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product management, marketing, and operations) to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key ODM executive level leadership team
- Understand customer needs, business models, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3.Market Analysis & Insights
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on market dynamics and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the product management team to influence product roadmaps based on customer and market needs.
4.Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the ODM segments.
- Track and report on sales performance, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency.
5.Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote the brand and build relationships.
Experiences/Education - Required
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the ODM sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the ODM and OEM business models, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Acceptable of high frequency business trip
- Good teamwork and coordinate skill; drive internal support.
