PCS CPO Commercial Technology Manager

Role Purpose

Provides solutions to unusually complex problems and develops strategies to prevent problems by understanding root cause. Leads strategies for meeting significant objectives within an organization unit. Contributes to the development of new theories, concepts and principles

Key Responsibilities

• Determines how best to meet longer term objectives and adjusts accordingly as business conditions require
• Provides feedback, coaching and mentoring to others
• Develops and delivers training as required
• Maintains and ensures confidentiality of information/ materials
• Develops effective approaches to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
• Guides the successful completion of major programs and may function in a project leadership role
• Represents the organization as the prime contact on contracts and projects
• Interacts with senior external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between departments and organizations

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Considerable job content knowledge

Experiences/Education - Desired

• Masters Degree
• Successful track record of performance in chosen field
• 5-8 years relevant work experience
