Role Purpose:

Will develop and execute GG parts product line strategies to achieve the P&L objective, interface with regional account teams as key contact point to win and grow parts business, manage Parts APLM team.



• Define and execute the GG Parts product line strategies. Define the value prop. Develop and execute product line plan.

• Define and communicate product sales prioritization and sales direction. Provide sales strategy and training.

• Develop product forecast based on business strategy and execution status. Align with Commercial team and lead the SOP process

• Provide and maintain necessary sales tools such as positioning statement, value proposition presentation, and other sales tools for customer-facing organizations to ensure effective messaging and deployment of product line strategies

• Work with regional sales manager to develop sales plan and identify key parts opportunities. Support and follow up with account team/customers to win.

• Interact with Sales, AE, Forecasting, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Quality, and R&D to assure that customers’ needs are understood and met.

• Work with manufacturing to address customer’s issues in price, spec, and delivery.

• Work with planning team to provide the feedback and do risk adjustment.

• Work with supply chain to improve profitability and drive cost reduction.

• Understand drivers of P&L, and identify plans to achieve the goals.

• Build and manage the APLM team for business continuity, team efficiency, and healthy culture.

• Work with AEs, AMs and competitor Intelligence teams to understand industry trends and translate to Product Line Plan, new program and project opportunities.

• Work with PE on new product road map. • Develop and fix process on Quotes, NPI, forecast, sales communication, etc.


Required Skills:

• Business degree, MBA preferred

• 3+ years’ work experience in a P&L management function

• Highly logical and strategic thinking

• Strong analytical skill

• Data driven decision making

• Relevant industry experience

• Experience in process development

• Ability to multitask and work with a diverse group

• Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities

• Excellent organizational and communicational skills

• Approximately 30% travel (domestic and international). Desired skills/experience:

• Previous product management or general management experience

• Previous experience working in a multi-national organization
