SAP S/4 HANA FICO Analyst

Role Purpose

In this role you will work as an operation support specialist in Global S4 HANA team created in strategic ERP Transformation Organization.

You will work with colleagues from different regions, lead meetings, and take responsibility for the SAP cFin(Central Finance) and FI/CO workstream. 

Key Responsibilities

• CFin/FICO stream - Ability to demonstrate processes in Central Finance for S/4 HANA
• Experience in cFin and FI/CO implementation, customizing and operations with FI/CO background.
• Good understanding of Finance of cFin and FI/CO Integrations and Architecture
• Strong analytical thinking skills - Able to perform under pressure during times like a system down situation.
• Ability to work across multiple teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Conduct working sessions with business users as required.
• Able to work with Basis team during troubleshooting providing guidance when required.
• Will need to become proficient in working within our ticketing system – ServiceNow.
• Must be a self-starter with ability to manage work with minimal supervision able to work independently following Corning established coding guidelines.
• Will work with operations team in support break/fix activities as well as assignment.
• Will be in an on-call rotation supporting team / organization expected to meet SLA commitments defined by IT and agreed upon by the organization.
• Analyze software requirements to determine design feasibility.
• Develop software systems, including configuration documentation and testing procedures. 

Experiences/Education - Required

Education & Experience 

• 3+ years in SAP Central Finance and FICO
• Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge and Technical Solution Design
• Excellent communication and written skills to aid in RICEF creation and design document creation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP best practices

Required Skills

• cFin (Central Finance)
• Ability to demonstrate S/4 HANA Processes for Central Finance
• 1-2 Central Finance implementation preferably for manufacturing industry
• Initial Load of data
• Expertise on Real time replication, SLT and its troubleshooting
• Application Interface Framework (AIF) Expertise on S4 Accounting Model
• Understanding of necessary landscape design including integration via Magnitude SourceConnect
• FI module components including
• General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banks (including integration), and Treasury
• CO module components including Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Product Costing including:
• Central Payments and Central Cash Application
• SAP Group Reporting (Consolidations)
• SAP Treasury Management, Cash Management and Bank Account Management, Profitability Analysis (COPA), Manufacturing Variances and Settlements, and Profit Centers Master Data components including COA, Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Bank Master, BOMs and Routings
