Role Purpose

The Division Integrated Planning Leader is responsible for all Go-To-Market planning-related activities across the division, covering the full 0–24-month planning horizon. This leader owns (or co-owns) the SIOP process execution for the division, sets the direction for integrated planning, and leads a team of Regional/Product Line and Global Integrated Planning Leaders to deliver an integrated and business-aligned plans across disciplines (Procurement, Logistics, Customer), manufacturing sites, product lines, and markets. The role ensures that supply chain planning is seamlessly integrated with demand, finance, procurement, Logistics, and operations to enable service reliability, optimized costs, and working capital efficiency. The Division Integrated Planning Leader owns the maturity and performance of the planning organization and serves as a key architect of transformation toward best-in-class planning capabilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Planning Short/Mid-Term (0–24 Months)

• Own all integrated planning activities across the division, including short-term (0–3 month) execution alignment and mid-term (4–24 month) planning.

• Orchestrate alignment of demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning across product lines, regions, and global functions.

• Set strategic direction for planning in alignment with divisional goals and enterprise initiatives.

 

SIOP and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead or co-lead the division-level SIOP process, ensuring the alignment of supply plans to demand forecasts, financial targets, and strategic priorities.

• Act as the primary planning interface with leadership within the division and corporate stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Product Line leadership to support business continuity, scenario planning, and growth initiatives.

 

Performance and Outcome Accountability 

• Accountable for divisional performance against key planning metrics: customer service, inventory, capacity utilization, adherence to schedule (MSP), and influence through the SIOP process the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy.

• Deliver plans that balance cost, service, and cash objectives—supporting both operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement of integrated planning processes and results.

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of planning professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

 

Process and Systems Standardization

• Ensure adoption and adherence to global standards, integrated planning policies, and best practices across the entire integrated planning function. 

• Partner with the Integrated Planning Center of Excellence (COE) to:

• Define and deploy process improvements, advanced planning tools (APS), and data governance.

• Benchmark planning capabilities and design internal roadmaps to elevate planning to best-in-class performance.

• Champion end-to-end integration of ERP and APS platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis) for scalable, reliable planning execution.

• Serve as the change leader for planning transformation—driving digital enablement, talent development, and operational maturity.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

 • 12+ years of supply chain experience, including at least 5 years' experience in leadership in integrated planning across large-scale, global or multi-site organizations.

 • Demonstrated success leading high-impact planning organizations and transformational change programs.

 • Deep expertise in integrated planning (demand, supply, capacity, inventory) and the full SIOP process

 • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational influence.

 • Strong analytical thinking, systems orientation, and scenario modeling capability.
