Role Purpose
The Finance Manager at Corning Life Sciences partners with business teams to deliver financial analysis that supports both short-term execution and long-term strategic planning. This role is responsible for business analysis, commercial deal support, and various ad hoc projects for the Business Teams. The position is based at Corning Life Sciences headquarters in Tewksbury, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams to provide timely, actionable financial analysis for short-term and long-term planning.
- Support business teams with deal analysis and commercial decision-making.
- Leverage financial tools and reports to analyze trends, identify risks, and drive efficiencies and process improvements.
- Develop robust financial models to inform business cases, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Clearly communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support for special projects as needed.
Travel Requirements: <10% travel required
Location: Tewksbury, MA-hybrid
Experiences/Education - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business operations (controller experience a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., PBI)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to translate financial insights for non-financial stakeholders
- Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional teams

The range for this position is $134,486.00 - $184,919.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
