Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.



Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Partner with TA team and vendor, facilitate talent acquisition process to fulfill the organizational needs
  • Support talent development programs to cultivate talents
  • Coordinate training activities and maintain record per training plan
  • Conduct employee life cycle procedure, including movement, orientation, and exit interview
  • Engage business leaders to drive HR practices including performance management and recognition
  • Support plant HR budget planning & HC tracking
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issue to improve work relationship
  • Maintains legal requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Support HR related report generation and provide in-depth interpretation
  • Support and organize HR initiatives including value, culture, communication meeting to drive a positive work environment and build organizational morale
  • Support plant activities including audit, committee, and data privacy protection
  • Other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
