Prod. Planning Supervisor

Role Purpose

Manages product line enable sustainable competitive advantage. Works proactively with cross-functional teams to meet business needs, improve customer satisfaction and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• OA confirmation
• Based on sales orders, forecasts and stock demand to arrange the MPS
• Short term(monthly), middle term(quarterly) production capacity and material plan
• Balances manufacturing capacity and production schedule with customer demands
• Co-work with other department to ensure product delivery, quality and cost.
• Tracks, communicates, and supports key metrics to achieve product team goals and objectives.
• Evaluate impact of delivery and capacity by abnormal situation.
• Monthly S&OP active
• Annual manpower and equipment capacity plan

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (IE, Business… related)
• Minimum 3 years planning experience
