Scope of Position: To support MCCS (Manufacturing Control Cyber Security) operation for NA region

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to deliver to SLA (Service Level Agreement) and SLR (Service Level Requirement)
  • Collaborate with Service Line Management / MCCS (Manufacturing Control Cyber Security) to deploy strategy and support daily operation
  • Partner with business/MCCS/IT Support team in the effective and efficient deployment of global strategy and model
  • In collaboration with other global heads and regional directors, develop and deploy capable processes in the areas of:
  1. Service transition management
  2. Change management
  3. Event management
  4. Problem management
  5. Incident management
  6. Service request management and fulfillment
  7. Service level performance achievement
  • Partner with other Department Managers, SDMs, and Vendors to address vendor issues that impact Department performance
  • Ensure the MCSO has in place a capable and engaged workforce with required technical skill in Region Language Support

Education Requirements/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with major in IT network/security/ Mechanical /Control engineering plus 10 years support experience in IT network/security/ Mechanical /Control engineering
  • Basic understanding of Control systems, Manufacturing operations and management, Network and Cyber Security.
