Corning’s Display Technologies segment manufactures glass substrates for active matrix liquid crystal displays (“LCDs”) that are used primarily in LCD televisions, notebook computers and flat panel desktop monitors.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines for balance sheet accounts.
  • Monthly Cash Flow/Accounts payable Fcst.
  • Monthly Balance sheet review 
  • Support Request to payment process internal compliance
  • Support annual Budget and 5Yrs planning for entity balance sheet and cash flow 
  • Local Bank accounts management  
  • Vouchers & Concur Expense reports filing and audit
  • Expense report policy check and refresh training 
  • Government statistical reports, Enterprise Annual Report, Annual tax filing
  • Collaborate with other finance team members to streamline processes and improve financial performance. 
  • Contact window with bank, SAFE, tax bureau etc.
  • Liaise with auditors to ensure annual audits are carried out successfully. 
  • Coordinate with tax professionals for tax planning and compliance
  • Other work assigned by supervisor

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor degree, accounting or Finance major is preferable  
  • Graduate above and maximum of 3 years’ experience, preferably specialized in AP and Tax sector
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus
     

Required Skills

  • Good command of excel skills
  • Good command of written English

Desired Skills

  • Accounting Certification is preferable 
  • Knowledge of ERP is an advantage
