Facility Shift Technician

Day to Day Responsibilities

•    Execute operating plan to achieve team objectives.
•    Certified with facility emergency response requirements and perform as required.
•    Conduct day to day patrol and SOS/Base case compliance with procedures.
•    To be emergency response member to react Facility emergency response in case of system failure.
•    Build effective relations with plant cross functions.
•    Implements and documents material, process and/or equipment changes (Follow PCPD).
•    Cooperate with engineer to complete daily maintenance work and all tasks assigned from supervisor.
•    Executes documented operating procedures and follows established document control protocols.
•    Implement annual training and certification plans.
•    Implement PM/PdM/CM activities to achieve facility maintenance performance.
•    Initiate improvement case by plant side activity.
•    Execute department wide activities to improve department performance
•    Improve 5S/PCPD/Safety/IAP implementation.
•    Executes the protection of Corning’s Intellectual Asset Property (IAP).
•    Work with team to build a safety, learning organization and positive and proactive culture.

Education & Experience

•    Graduated from college or above with electrical.
•    Three years or above experience in facility/production equipment maintenance and operation.

Required Skills

•    Familiar with the operation principle of electrical system. 高压电工作业 or低压电工作业 (Must).
•    Computer: Excel, Word, power point.
•    Basic skill on repair mechanical components.
