Position Description    

                                                                                                    

Purpose of the Position:

•Support daily IT hardware break/fix service on MES area to make sure plant IT service stable.  

Day to Day Responsibilities:

•Responsible for provide break/fix and prevention service to MES system related IT devices include MES PC, PDA, Barcode printer, projector, video conference device etc. 
•Identification of service related issues and establishment of corrective actions where appropriate.
•MES related devices purchase and asset/parts/storeroom management. 
•Monitor/maintain IT related AOP include Network compliance rate/Generic account blocking.
•Temporary assignment based on organization requirement. 

 

Project involved with:
•Participate IT project as assigned

 

Education & Experience 
•Diploma or higher in Information Technology or related subject.
•2 years above experience in similar position.

 

Required Skills                                               
•Good enough English and local language communication skills, written and verbal.
•Experience of some or all of the following key technology areas:
 -Windows 7/2012 Client Operating System (English & Chinese);
 -Basic Network skills include configuration and debug;
 -Computer Hardware/Software/Information Security / Firewalls;
 -Desktop Applications include Microsoft Office / Microsoft Exchange / Microsoft Project etc;
 -IAP protection awareness is required.
