Logistics Supervisor

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the daily management of 3PL, including safety, cost, response, etc., and able to lead 3PL team to achieve the department's target.
• Responsible for the daily management of the automated warehouse, including ground cleaning, container inspection, and goods shipping, able to ship in a timely according to customer needs, and keep good communication with production and quality.
• Partners with business leaders to identify and communicates appropriate performance metrics/change requirement to internal and external customers.
• Optimizes the capacity for transportation and warehousing at the lowest cost while fulfilling business objectives.
• Ensure excellence Safety/Quality/5S to deliver high quality performance and avoid miss operation/incidents/damages.

Experiences/Education

• University graduation or above, major in logistics management, Supply Chain management, Logistics, Transportation, or related field is preferred.
• 3~5 + years, logistics operation/warehouse management working experience.
• 3 + years supervisor experience
• Manufacturing working experience is MUST.

Required Skills  

• Basic knowledge on warehouse and shopfloor people management
• Able to work independently.
• Fluent English in oral and written.
• Good communication skill
• Excel, Word, Power Point
