Purpose of the Position
To design, develop, test, implement, and support software applications, system integrations, and technical solutions that meet business and operational requirements. The IT Developer Engineer is responsible for delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient software solutions, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with technology standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications, tools, and system enhancements based on business requirements.
- Analyze user needs and technical specifications to create effective software solutions.
- Support system integration activities between internal applications, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, analysts, and project stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, coding standards, and support procedures.
- Support software releases, patches, upgrades, and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure applications comply with security, data protection, and company IT standards.
- Provide technical support for developed applications and resolve production issues as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, development tools, and best practices to support continuous improvement.
Education & Experience - Required
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, application support, or systems engineering.
- Be good at SQL Server and strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, SQL, or other relevant technologies.
- Be good at data analysis experience (Power BI)
- Experience with IT system of manufacture.
Education & Experience - desired
- Databrick experience.
- Active work attitude, good learning ability and good communication.
