Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced support for business applications, end-user systems, and IT infrastructure.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Monitor system performance, identify recurring problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Support installation, configuration, maintenance, and upgrades of IT hardware and software.
• Administer user accounts, access rights, and security settings in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and business users to resolve incidents and deliver solutions.
• Participate in IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, migrations, and process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, technical procedures, asset records。
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, cybersecurity controls, and operational procedures.
• Assist with backup, recovery, and business continuity activities for critical systems.
• Prepare reports and recommendations related to incidents, system performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Support business digital transformation.
Education & Experience - required
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive IT support, systems analysis, or infrastructure support experience.
- Strong knowledge of SQL server, C# .Net, Python;
- Strong experience of MES, ERP, SCADA and data analysis
- Experience of IT project management
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting enterprise IT systems and services.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Education & Experience - Desired
- DBA certification;
- Databrick experience
- Familiar with SAP
- Strong ability in self-learning and research
- Being good at communication skill
