What is your role?

As the CSS Supervisor, Order To Cash, Americas, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring the financial health and operational effectiveness of Order to Cash processes across the Americas region. You will drive financial performance, strengthen internal controls, optimize business processes, and provide strategic insights that support business decisions and organizational objectives. You will also play a key role in developing talent, fostering collaboration, and delivering operational excellence across the function.

 

What will you do?

  • Lead the Order to Cash team across the Americas, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong financial performance, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive planning, forecasting, reporting, and data analysis activities, providing insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve processes, and optimize operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Commercial, and Shared Services stakeholders to resolve complex issues, support key projects, and deliver business results.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.

 

What Do You Need to Have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience leading teams within Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Order to Cash, or a similar business function and  managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, planning, budgeting, controls, compliance, and business performance analysis.
  • Proven ability to use data and metrics to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive process improvements.
  • Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
