What is your role?

As Hire To Retire Operations Analyst you will provide US payroll operational services and analysis across multiple payroll-related functions, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while delivering outstanding support to employees and business partners.

 

What will you do?

  • Execute end-to-end US payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, including payroll adjustments, retroactive payments, off-cycle runs, and special payroll processing.

  • Validate, reconcile, and analyze payroll data from multiple sources, including time and attendance systems, HR platforms, benefits, compensation programs, and other payroll inputs.

  • Review payroll results, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively to maintain compliance and payroll accuracy.

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, HR, Finance, and business leaders, providing guidance on payroll inquiries, deductions, taxation, policies, and pay-related concerns.

  • Prioritize payroll operations, stakeholder requests, and project activities while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Contribute to process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.

  • Collaborate effectively within a global team environment while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information with discretion.

 

What Do You Need to Have?

  • 2+ years of experience in US payroll operations, preferably within a large, global, shared services, or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation, labor regulations, and payroll compliance requirements.

  • Experience managing high-volume payrolls and complex pay components, such as overtime, shift premiums, bonuses, retroactive payments, and union-related pay practices.

  • Proficiency with payroll, HRIS, and Time & Attendance systems (SAP, Workday, ADP, UKG, WFM, or similar platforms).

  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, reconcile data, and solve payroll-related issues.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
